At the moment there's a brief rundown on setting up the global stuff, if anyone wants to add to it, feel free.

If you do add to it use FireFox as IE8 goes funky while editing :/

I've covered the basics, some things need updating to the new version but other commitments mean i don't have a great deal of time, its a Wiki so anyone is welcome to sign up and fix or expand on it
Once its complete it can be converted to a pdf
