There's parallax scrolling in the vine layers done with DHTML. If you didn't see it, you might not have a new enough browser.

yes i missed it the first time, i was focusing on the primate lol looks cool!

Parallax is one of the oldest effects in the world, and can create a cool look without being too CPU-consuming. It would be neat if you added that feature to Lassie
