One for designers...
If you have ever worked in the professional design business before, then this will crack you up... It had me laughing to the point of tears, I swear! http://whoneedsdesigners.com

ROFLMHO that is GOOD! My brother is really into graphic design, and I remember when we started on PB3D what a blast that was... Imagine the usual "make it bigger/make it better" demands, but also add into consideration that theres really 3 equals each begging for a different kind of look! That was madness, and the result was we now have 3-4 logo's!

LOL... yep. What killed me was how every single thing they hit upon is absolutely true and common. I used to do some work for a home builder and a mattress store; both were obsessed with star bursts. It also hit the ago old ploy of catalog marketing... picture all your products with puppies and kittens lying on them so that all your bedspreads and housewares look so cozy and adorable. Needless to say, I just about lost it when I saw the baby seal :D Shoot, the only product that they missed was the -appeal stick! The puppies and baby seals only sell to the ladies... guys want the girls in bikinis. ;-)

oops... looks like I said a naught word in there. My apologies to the forum filter for offending it.

grrrr... i think i need some! While i was gone my monitor blew up, so I'm reduced to an old feckin thing that seemed to support only 800x600... I built my website with it, looked nice... After about 2 hours of messing about i got it up to 1024! cool i thought! Until i saw my site lol, a nice skinny strip with LOADS of un- used space  Oh well something else for the "to do" list

are you talking about the NigeC Studios website? Cus I was going to say its looking good! I tend to design sites for 800x600 anyway, just to ensure that everyone will be able to view them... even if their monitor has blown up and they have to use an old one that can only support 1024x768 ;)

LMAO The site is a pre made template, will i was away my old domain name expired so everything was down, i used the template just to get up n running again, then the plan was to build one from scratch, BUT I kinda got busy so it'll stick with it until i get time, i do like it, maybe i should reduce the image sizes so it doesn't get so long
