LassieAS v0.81b.r4 Available (1/11/07)
Engine bugs are dropping like flies! (no pun intended :wink: ) This is the fourth release of LassieAS v0.81b; again bundled with application files and player SWFs. See info document for installation instructions. If you are upgrading from LassieAS v0.8b or earlier, your project file will require an update (so back it up before editing!). If you are upgrading from a previous release of v0.81b, your project file will not need to be updated. Updates and new features are as follows: Editor Updates: - Added a setting to disable the game startup menu. (v0.81) - Phase dialogue sets can now share data. (v0.81) - Eliminated random zero that was sporadically written into game data. (v0.81.3) - Fixed problem with sequence dialogue overwriting some game dialogue. (v0.81.3) - Resolved the mystery of disappearing named walkable area points. (v0.81.4) - Fixed problem where walkable area points would all become joined. (v0.81.4) - Sprite "view" setting now restricts invalid input (only 1-8 allowed). (v0.81.4) Game Player Updates: - Largely fixed the conversation system. (v0.81) - Inventory item cursors now clear with room changes. (v0.81) - Systems have been updated to support custom dialogue expressions. (v0.81.2) - Fixes problem targeting room sprites/NPCs with "playAnim" commands. (v0.81.4) This is another unofficial (partial) engine release only being distributed through the forums. The Lassie AS with the tutorial has the most recent files http://paranoiagames.uk.to/tutorial/tutorial.zip It the beta version from the main site with all the recent updates including this one if theres anything your really stuck with give me a shout :wink: the wife has her nose buried in the New Harry Potter book, so i wont be disturbed for a day or so lol

LOL.... no I meant the Harry Potter book. I was planning a game.... but I haven't gotten very far with it, I'm starting to think that my own idea would be better. But I'd have to plan that out too :-)

AH!!! Yes. Substitute "lassie.gmacwill.com" for "www.lassieadventurestudio.com" in that URL. The files should still be there, you just have to access them through the valid domain.
