I personally still think that fonts are a bit of a gremlin in these circumstances. Fonts are an age-old problem of Director that I've never conquered. It's really annoying: Director pees its self when it starts up and can't get fonts configured right, which is particularly unhandy because it can't always figure out how to enable the fonts that I as a developer have specifically embedded to avoid problems.
