So I've realized I get to have a lot of fun animating these characters. Out of the 4 (?) playable characters, three of them are non-reversable, and the one that is, is probably going to have more than one outfit. Ford can't be reversable, because of his satchel and towel (If I keep the towel visible). Zaphod has that pesky 3rd arm, so there is no way around that one. And unless I can come up with a slightly better drawing of Arthur (who is still headless) his bathrobe requires it.

Which LASSIE?
Careful with multiple characters in a single game if you're using LASSIE AS. I couldn't get those "Change Character" TiMe's to work. You could always do one character per game chapter however.

I'm trying to come up with a way around multiple characters at this point.... Since I think I'm going to start with just "Earth" I think I can get around it for now.

Unfortunately I have decided to scrap this idea... I have waited a while to announce this, mostly because I wanted a new idea to work on. I've decided to work out my own title.... And today I finally had an idea on it. It's going to be space based, and it will use elements I have designed for the Hitchhiker's Guide, just so they don't go to waste. I really need to develope the actual story now.... so it'll be a while until more news on this is released.

Ok since I had some people curious about Zaphod and The Guide (both of which I was mostly done with hen I dropped the project) here they are.

By wesucy at 2007-09-14 This is what the Guide was going to look like... I was very pround of the hand part holding it more than anything.... and the Green Tongue guy I already had, since I used the same design for my tattoo (oh yeah, and my Avatar).

Nice drawings. I especially like the ipod menu interface. Very clever.

yeah, I thought that would have been a nice touch. It's an interface everyone is familiar with and would make scrolling through the entries easy... plus a little tip of the hat to Apple for having space age technology
