Can cursors larger than 16x16 be used?
:?: Can a system cursor larger than 16x16px be used? :idea: Sadly, no. This is a Director limitation. The system-level cursors (normal play mode) cannot be set to larger sizes. Custom LASSIE cursors (inventory items, arrows) are actually sprites following a hidden cursor at the movie's frame rate, and their performance is very poor for extended use. On the bright side, Flash works exceptionally better with movieclips following the cursor. No size restrictions will exist in the Flash port.
